There is a gross misconception out there that to have bad breath is just a natural occurring event that happens in life. Well, that is not true. Terrible breath is something you can remove and potentially eliminate.
Eating a lot of junk food, as well as food lacking in nutrients, will cause you to have bad breath. It is relatively simple to remove this kind of breathe and wake up with fresh breath, no hyperbole.
Have we piqued your curiosity? Well, here are ten ways, yes TEN ways, to remove, and in many cases eliminate, bad breath. Look out for the last one because this one I stumbled upon by accident. It honestly works!
# 1 Brush your Teeth More Often
Okay. Yes, this is a no-brainer. Brushing your teeth is not only crucial to keeping your teeth pearly white – but brushing your teeth more often will also keep your breath fresh, especially after just eating.
# 2 Floss more
One of the primary culprits in causing someone to have bad breath is not flossing enough. Food chucks can become stuck in your teeth. Have you ever wonder why your breath stills smell like shrimp two days after you have eaten it?
# 3 Gargle
Much like flossing – gargling is exceptionally beneficial. After brushing and flossing, of course, gargling helps to eliminate the bacteria that reside in your mouth.
# 4 Scrape your tongue
This method may sound weird, but scraping your tongue ( with your toothbrush) and removing the bacteria that lies on your pallet will also assist in keeping your breath fresh. Remember – your tongue is supposed to look pink not wholly white. A white tongue is a symptom of lacking water, and this is salient as you will soon learn.
# 5 Avoid foods that sour your breath
This option may sound like a no-brainer as well, but some people love certain foods. Be mindful of how much of that particular food you are consuming. I love garlic pizza but I know to eat a certain portion…okay, no I’m lying. Some foods are just too irresistible to deny.
# 6 Ease up on the Tobacco
My mentality is “to each his own.” But tobacco is such a deadly little stick that is manufactured for the populace. Not only does tobacco cause serious health issues for the people who smoke it – but it also gives people that smoker’s bad breath.
This tip, and reasonably so, may not be as easy as the other tips. However, if you can follow this tip, the benefits are plentiful and not solely revolved around removing bad breathe.
# 7 Chew Gum
Chewing gum after eating is a great way to remove bad breath. Contrary to belief, mints don’t do too much for removing bad breath. In many cases, mints make your breath smell even worse. Chewing gum builds up saliva, and this helps to not only fight against bad breath but tooth decay as well.
# 8 Suck on a lemon
Not just an old saying. Sucking on a lemon will prove most beneficial in removing bad breath – as the acidity in the lemon will be able to combat the bacteria in your mouth. Yes, it may be difficult but the rewards of having a “lemon pledge fresh breath” will prove most desirable.
# 9 Change your diet
This method is something that a lot of people don’t understand. Bad breath is a result of your diet. Eating fast food and a lot of process food allows for a ton of bacteria to reside in your stomach and thus that gives rise to your bad breath. Start eating more greens, specifically dark greens.
# 10 DRINK WATER
This last one is my all-time favorite. This is something I stumbled upon myself. Drinking water cleanses the body of toxicity and the stomach of bacteria. It is recommended to drink 8 cups of warm water for a week. In addition, it is also a great option to drink two bottles after lunch and dinner. If you are consistent with this, you will discover that upon waking up you WILL LEGITIMATELY HAVE NO BAD BREATH.
Try this method, you will be pleasantly surprised.
This one is my favorite methods of removing bad breath and something I do quite often. The benefits of drinking water, genuinely are too numerous – and that is an article in of itself.
But if you want to ELIMINATE bad breath drink plenty of water. Bye-bye morning breath.
